  This business needs to find new employees who make right when they are in the wrong. When a customer is shorted change and before even leaving the counter, the employee/manager should make it right even if it means counting down the drawer at that point of time. The Assistant Manager needs to be terminated since she does not know how to perform her job duties and the employee for "Stealing" my change also needs to be terminated. The owners really need to play a more active role in this business and clean house as from this experience this business is crooked.
